Ryan Feit is the CEO and Co-Founder of SeedInvest, an early-stage startup financing platform that grew to more than 700,000 investors and funded over 500 startups before its 2019 sale to Circle. He was involved in the passage and implementation of the 2012 JOBS Act, working with the SEC, FINRA, the White House, and the Treasury Department, and in 2021 joined Circle's executive leadership team and co-founded Circle Ventures. Feit previously worked at Wellspring Capital Management and Lehman Brothers, holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and serves on FINRA's Fintech Committee and the boards of Crowdcube and the YPO Entrepreneurship Network.
