At HSBC he held CIO, COO, and CEO positions across the US, UK, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Brazil, the Middle East, and India, including serving as Global Head of Service Delivery and Group General Manager. He earlier led HSBC Global Resourcing and the HSBC Global Technology Centers responsible for software development across the group.
