Dr. Luo founded HM Venture Partners and brings over 25 years across investment, entrepreneurship, operations, life sciences research, and clinical practice. He co-founded HM Healthcare Management Services with Hillhouse Investment Group and Mayo Clinic, was previously a senior investment officer at Mayo Clinic, and holds an MBA from Ohio State University and an MD from Peking University Health Science Center.
