Joined Wavemaker in July 2019 and progressed through roles including Chief of Staff and Principal before promotion to Partner. She oversees Platform functions including People, Communications, Finance, Legal, and Portfolio Management, and leads Wavecrest, the firm's non-profit supporting talented youths from underprivileged backgrounds. She established the firm's people philosophy, performance frameworks, and strengthened community networks across the organization and portfolio companies.
