Phil Stern leads portfolio management at Chartline Capital Partners, overseeing follow-on investments, M&A, operations, and liquidity, with additional experience in operational improvement, open innovation, and patent transactions. He co-founded yet2 in 1999 and previously spent 13 years in general management and strategy consulting, serving clients at Bain & Company and McKinsey & Company. He holds an undergraduate degree in Mathematics from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar.
