Peter Zatloukal has spent about 30 years building technology as an operator, leading research and engineering teams at Microsoft, Amazon, Apple, and several startups, with work spanning computer vision, edge AI, LLMs, and applied AI systems. He served as VP Engineering at Xnor.ai, which Apple acquired for $200M, and holds more than 45 patents in AI and software engineering. At Ridge Ventures he advises founders and the investment team on developments in AI. He holds a BA in Information Systems and Computer Science from the University of Washington.
