She is a 2024-2026 Fulbright Arctic Initiative scholar researching clean manufacturing, mining, and energy policy across the Arctic. She holds a BA from the University of Alaska Fairbanks and a Master of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University, and previously served in the U.S. Peace Corps in Nicaragua.
