He led the privatisation of Frogmore Estates plc via an MBO in 2001 and helped raise close to £1bn in equity across three closed-end funds, with involvement in origination, underwriting and financing of over £7bn of transactions. He is a Chartered Surveyor, a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a member of the Investment Property Forum, and was awarded the MBE in 2016 for his charity work.
