Pat Latterell founded Latterell Venture Partners (LVP) in 2001 after spending 14 years as a General Partner at Venrock Associates. He previously was a General Partner at Rothschild Ventures and an executive at Syntex Pharmaceuticals, where he helped set up its venture capital program, and earlier conducted molecular biology and biomedical engineering research at MIT. His career has focused on startup and early-stage healthcare investments, contributing to the formation of more than three dozen medical companies. He holds an MBA from Stanford Business School and SB degrees in biological sciences and economics from MIT.
