Lovett has over 34 years of venture capital and healthcare operations experience across biotechnology, medical devices, diagnostics, imaging, and services, with operating roles at CR Bard, Mallinckrodt, and Damon Biotech. As general partner of three Harvard-affiliated venture funds (1988-2003) he managed $70 million, producing 13 IPOs and multiple private company exits. He holds a BA in economics from the University of Vermont and an MBA from California State Polytechnic University (Pomona).
