Ming founded Upshot Ventures in 2015 and co-established CSC Upshot in partnership with AngelList and the CSC Group. She has spent her career connecting capital between the US and Asia, including six years as a venture capitalist at SVB Capital heading its Asia practice where she opened the Hong Kong office. She also co-founded PacRim Venture Partners in Menlo Park and began her career as an engineer at Sun Microsystems. She holds an MBA from MIT Sloan, an MS in Electrical Engineering from USC, and a BA in Physics from Wellesley College.
