Mike Bowman is Associate Director of the University of Delaware's Office of Economic Innovation & Partnerships and Director of the Delaware Small Business Technology Development Center. He previously served as Chairman and CEO of the Delaware Technology Park and was a Vice President and General Manager at DuPont's Advanced Material Systems business.
