Ngai has extensive experience in international corporate finance, M&A and capital markets. He chairs The Red Group, previously was a Managing Director at UBS Investment Bank, and serves in CPPCC roles and as President of the Finance Association of Hong Kong. He holds a master's degree from the University of Cambridge.
