He joined the firm as a research associate in 2007, helped create and launch International Leaders in 2018, and was named to the firm's executive management team in 2024. Before Sands Capital, he was an analyst at SNL Financial (now part of S&P Global); he holds a BA in economics from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business, and is a CFA charterholder.
