Matt Hershenson is a Founding Partner at Playground Global. His engineering career began at Apple, where he worked in manufacturing engineering and on the PowerBook laptop line, after which he co-founded Danger in 2000, the company behind the T-Mobile Sidekick, which was later acquired by Microsoft. He subsequently served as a Partner in Hardware Engineering at Microsoft and as Director of Hardware on Google's Android team before helping start Playground in late 2014.
