Founding managing partner of BioRock Ventures with two decades of therapeutics operating experience, beginning as a startup founder in Boston and later leading M&A, licensing, and strategy at pharmaceutical companies including Johnson & Johnson and Forest (now Allergan/AbbVie). She has consulted as CBO for dozens of early-stage ventures and, over the past decade, helped seed two companies that each achieved IPO exits valued over $1 billion. She is a Kauffman Fellow with an MBA from MIT Sloan, a PhD from Princeton, and an undergraduate degree from Yale.
