Mariam Kamel

Mariam Kamel has over 15 years of experience in capital markets, starting in investment banking where she advised mid- and large-cap companies on corporate restructuring, equity and debt financing, M&A, and equity capital markets transactions. She later provided investor relations advisory services to publicly-listed companies and family conglomerates, cofounded FLOW, a family health and wellness center, and led AUC Angels, a university-based angel investor network in the MENA region. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University and a Master's in Public Policy and Administration from the American University in Cairo.
