Previously founded and led EV Consulting, which merged with Civitta International, and served as founding CEO of a media company. Has supported Armenian companies in raising over $100M in capital and served on multiple corporate and non-profit boards. Holds an Executive MBA from Oxford University and a Ph.D. in Economics from Moscow State University.
