Manny Ayala serves as Chief People (and Transformation) Officer at Endeavor and is Regional Managing Director for Endeavor in Asia Pacific, overseeing offices across markets including Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Vietnam, Japan, Singapore, Pakistan and New Zealand; he launched Endeavor's Philippines office in 2014. Before Endeavor he founded the venture builder Hatchd, co-founded and exited Entertainment Gateway Group, and co-founded IRG Ltd, a Hong Kong M&A firm focused on early-stage telecom, media and tech companies in Asia. He earlier led creative and strategy work at Turner Broadcasting and Discovery Channel Asia, and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Yale University.
