Lovett has over 34 years of venture capital and operations experience in healthcare, including biotechnology, medical devices, diagnostics, and imaging. His operations background includes roles at CR Bard, Mallinckrodt, and Damon Biotech, and he served as a general partner across three Harvard-affiliated venture funds (1988-2003) managing $70 million. He holds a BA in economics from the University of Vermont and an MBA from California State Polytechnic University (Pomona).
