Lou Rassey is Co-CEO & Managing Partner of McNally Capital, which he joined in 2024 after serving as an Industry Partner to the firm starting in 2016. He previously spent over 12 years at McKinsey & Company as a Partner in its Private Equity, Operations, and Technology practices, co-founded and led the manufacturing technology company Fast Radius as CEO and Chairman from 2017 to 2023, and founded Two Roads Group, where he was an early-stage investor in Industry 4.0 technologies. He holds an MBA and MS in Mechanical Engineering from MIT, an MS in Engineering Management from the University of Michigan-Dearborn, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
