Kazuhiro entered the advertising industry in 1994, working with major Japanese brands in beverages, automobiles, and electronics before moving into international sports marketing and broadcasting rights. After earning an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, he worked in corporate planning on investment and management strategy, and in 2016 became President & CEO of a major advertising agency's North American office. He joined Scrum Ventures in 2022.
