Justin is a founding member of TIRTA Ventures with over a decade of investing across private and public markets. He previously led Tencent's North America games investment team, was a public equity investor at Citadel, a PE investor at Fortress Investment Group, and began in investment banking at Citigroup in Hong Kong. He holds a BS in Economics from Wharton.
