Has worked both in private practice at international law firms and in front-office roles at global financial institutions, with experience in fund formation, cross-border capital markets, structured finance and private equity, including leading Japan for Credit Suisse's Partner Asset Facility. He has spent most of his career across Japan, Korea and Hong Kong, and graduated from UC Berkeley and Yale Law School.
