Joel Finlayson is a Venture Partner and LP with iGan, supporting the Investment Committee and several portfolio companies after stepping back from Partner duties to take a Managing Director for Healthcare role at Accenture. He joined iGan in 2017, contributing to its digital health and connected medical technology thesis, and was seconded to portfolio company Think Research until its December 2020 TSX Venture listing. His prior experience includes co-founding the healthcare incubator WellNovation in Riyadh and Dubai, leading PwC's Middle East Healthcare Strategy Practice, and working with MONITOR Group; he holds an MBA from Cambridge and a Politics & Economics degree from Dalhousie.
