She founded Aproin, a family office focused on cross-border investments, and serves as Chief Investment Advisor to CybEye and a board director of Toolots. Over her career she has led or participated in more than 150 transactions including IPOs, financings, M&A, and corporate restructurings. She holds a Bachelor's degree from Northeast Normal University, a Master's in Finance from the Institute of Fiscal Science at China's Ministry of Finance, and a PhD in Finance from Renmin University of China, and completed postdoctoral research at Tsinghua University.
