Jens Lapinski is a Founding Partner at Angel Invest who previously served as Managing Director at Techstars, where he established and led a Germany-focused fund that backed 40 companies, including unicorns Arweave and Preply. Before that, he co-founded Forward Labs (later Forward Partners), which launched monthly products using lean startup methodologies; the company went public on the London Stock Exchange in 2021 before being acquired by Molten Ventures in 2023. Earlier in his career, he was both a founder and scientist.
