Jennifer Hartfield joined BCI in January 2017 and oversees corporate transformation work in the role of Senior Vice President, Enterprise Transformation. Before BCI, she worked for six years as a technology strategy, program, and project management consultant for public and private sector organizations, building on twelve years in information technology focused on human resources and financial systems. She holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of British Columbia and a certificate in project leadership from Cornell University.
