Jean-Marc Liling has worked for more than 15 years as an attorney and senior strategic consultant. He previously served as Executive Director of the Center for International Migration and Integration (CIMI), held roles at Israel's Ministry of Justice and the Prime Minister's Office, was part of the protection team at UNHCR's Israel office, and advised the Joint Distribution Committee's International Relations team. He is a graduate of Sciences-po (IEP) Paris in Public Administration, holds a BA in Law from Bar-Ilan University, and an LLM in Public Law from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
