Jason has nearly 25 years in Canadian accounting and finance, previously serving as a CFO and a private equity principal at a Toronto family office. At District Ventures Capital he handles transaction origination, due diligence, execution, and fund operations. He is a CPA, CA with an MBA from the University of Toronto.
