Jaime Cavero is CEO and managing partner of DYRECTO consulting and co-founder of EmprendES. Since 1988, he has founded multiple companies including Dyrecto, mentorDay, and Gestboes, and maintains an investment portfolio exceeding 200 startups through funds including DraperB1, bbooster, and Archipelago. He has supported over 1,200 companies in securing financing totaling more than 2 billion euros in managed investment, and mentored 1,250 entrepreneurs through acceleration and soft-landing programs. Cavero holds a degree in Industrial Engineering with specialization in business organization and an MBA from IE Business School.
