Dave joined SineWave after a 32-year career at the NSA, where he pioneered data mining and machine learning for speech and language processing and reached the Senior Executive Service level. He was the first Director of the Laboratory for Analytic Sciences and later a Senior Advisor at Johns Hopkins University's HLTCOE.
