Hugo has been building Starship Ventures alongside Sean Hoge since 2022. He leads firm operations, capital formation, and strategic partnerships with the LP base, and works with founders on company building and fundraising strategy. Prior to Starship, he spent nearly a decade in public and private market transactions, leading operations and sales teams, and later worked as a liquidity provider in complex equity derivatives at Square Global Markets.
