Frederick Johansson has worked in financial services since 1990 and in venture capital from 1995 to 2009, including as Head of SEB Venture Capital from 2005 to 2009, returning to the sector in 2018. Before joining Fairpoint Capital, he oversaw SEB's operations in North and South America. He holds an MBA from the Stockholm School of Economics.
