Fatou Diagne is co-founder and Managing Partner of Bootstrap Europe, where she sources and evaluates growth companies for debt financing. She previously co-founded The Real Economy Effect (TREE) in 2012, managing private equity and venture capital portfolios for family offices and multi-asset managers, and earlier worked as an investment banker at Citigroup in London and Johannesburg and at Standard & Poor's in African sovereign credit ratings. She holds a Master's in Finance from HEC Paris and a BSc in Economics and Finance from the University of Calgary.
