Before joining Fortress in 2008, he worked in the private equity division of Credit Suisse Japan and previously at DLJ Real Estate Capital Partners (RECP), which he joined in 1999 and where he was a founding member of the Japan team from 2001 and helped develop the China business in 2003. He holds a B.A. in Mathematical Economics from Brown University.
