Elspeth joined Entrepreneurs First in 2016, initially working on London programs before moving to Paris to establish and lead the Programme team. She later became Deputy CPO working with Alice to expand EF's programs in new locations. Prior to EF, she worked at law firm Clifford Chance in Paris and at Change.org.
