Elle Lemons is an Analyst at Fulcrum Global Capital with a background in engineering, business development, and early-stage investing. She previously worked as an associate at University Venture Fund Crossroads, where she handled deal sourcing and worked with pre-seed and seed-stage startups across the Midwest, and held internships at Textron Aviation's eCommerce division and the proptech startup Particle Space. She holds a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering with a business minor from the University of Kansas and focuses on innovation in agriculture and rural communities.
