Dr. Sarah B. Hiza is Lockheed Martin's Senior Vice President of Technology and Strategic Innovation, where she leads the company's enterprise technology strategy and investments and oversees Lockheed Martin Ventures' early-stage investing. She previously served as Vice President of Engineering & Technology for Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems and held executive roles at Lockheed Martin Space, including Vice President and General Manager of Strategic and Missile Defense Systems. Before joining Lockheed Martin in 2015, she spent 11 years at Orbital ATK working in energetic materials and propulsion; she holds a chemistry degree from Virginia Tech and a doctorate in polymer science from The University of Akron.
