Dexter Paine co-founded Paine Schwartz Partners, a global private equity firm focused on sustainable food and agribusiness investing, in 1997 and serves as its Chairman, drawing on more than three decades of private equity experience. He chaired the Olympic governing body U.S. Ski and Snowboard for 13 years, having previously served four years as president of its Foundation, and has been an elected member of the International Ski Federation's Council since 2014.
