Dale Tingley is Co-Managing Partner at the Canadian Business Growth Fund, where he oversees the fund's strategic direction and leads the investment team across origination, execution, and portfolio management. He has more than 20 years of private equity experience, having invested over $800 million across more than 70 companies ranging from early-stage to large enterprises. Before joining CBGF in 2018, he worked at BMO Capital Partners, CAI Capital Management, and Working Ventures, and holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business and degrees from the University of Prince Edward Island.
