Carolyn Cassin is a healthcare entrepreneur and operations executive who spent decades building and turning around hospice organizations, including leading Vistacare, the first venture-backed US hospice company, and running turnaround work at Continuum Hospice Care in New York City. She oversaw Michigan's Medicaid Managed Care program and led the Michigan Women's Foundation, where she developed a microloan fund for women-owned businesses. In 2010 she co-founded BELLE Capital/Michigan, a venture fund investing in women-owned companies and underserved communities, where she serves as General Partner. She holds an MPA from Western Michigan University and a BA from Miami University.
