Brandon Huffman is the CEO and Managing Principal of Tourmaline Capital Partners, a real estate private equity firm he cofounded in 2021 focused on large-scale institutional office investments. He previously served as Managing Principal and Portfolio Manager of Equity Investments at Rubenstein Partners, where he oversaw value-added funds comprising several billion dollars in office investments. He is an active angel investor in proptech and sits on several startup boards, and is a member of PREA, ULI, YPO's Philadelphia Chapter, and the Editorial Board of Institutional Real Estate, Incorporated.
