Raised in the Dominican Republic and Washington Heights, he earned scholarships to Cornell University and Harvard Business School, worked at two Fortune 500 companies, managed a hedge fund portfolio in Greenwich, CT, and served as Chairman & CEO of a boutique investment bank.
