Ashok Mehta is a real estate and property development professional with over 30 years of experience in client representative and project management roles across India, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, and Bahrain, having delivered more than 115 projects with a combined value exceeding USD 1.6 billion. His work spans development types including infrastructure, mass housing, villas, high-rise towers, and master plan developments, and he most recently directed The Golden Gate Towers in Bahrain Bay. He holds undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in civil and structural engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, is a Chartered Engineer and Fellow of the Indian Institute of Engineers, and is licensed as a Category A Engineer through Bahrain-CRPEP.
