Amma Lartey is the Chief Executive Officer of Impact Investing Ghana (IIGh), a nonprofit focused on increasing funding that delivers financial returns alongside social and environmental impact, with a goal of catalysing $1 billion in impact funds for ventures in Ghana and West Africa. She has more than 16 years of experience across the social enterprise, impact investing, and nonprofit sectors, and has managed teams in Ghana, Ethiopia, Tanzania, Rwanda, Senegal, Chad, and the DRC. She has co-founded Social Enterprise Ghana and Aradan Naturals, and is a fellow of the fifth class of the Africa Leadership Initiative-West Africa and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
