Investment thesis
ZPI Family Office manages family wealth as a long-term, diversified endowment fund, aiming for stable value growth, beneficiary security, and smooth generational succession. It pursues strategic asset allocation across public markets (treated as a safety reserve and liquidity) and alternative assets, including real estate, direct company investments, venture capital funds, private equity, and private debt. It expects alternative investments to deliver value appreciation or regular dividends, and actively monitors and tactically adjusts the portfolio to market signals. The firm co-invests alongside foreign family offices in direct equity deals and is open to knowledge exchange and cooperation with other family wealth holders to develop the family office space in Poland.
