Investment thesis
Zencap Asset Management is one of Europe's pioneers in financing the real economy through private (non-listed) debt for small and mid-cap companies and assets. Its teams have operated in the European private debt market since 2009. The firm offers a full range of specialized funds covering corporate debt of mid-sized companies, real estate debt, infrastructure debt, specialized financing and securitization, multi private debt, and solidarity/impact financing. It provides senior to mezzanine financing, with or without a financial sponsor, executed alone or in clubs, with a pan-European focus for euro-denominated financings. Target performance ranges from +2% to +10% per year depending on the fund, offering an attractive risk/return profile with lower volatility than listed debt.
