Juan Pablo Trujillo (JP) has over 26 years of experience investing in, advising, and building companies across the tech, agri-food, and energy value chains. He co-founded Pampa Capital, a private equity fund focused on nature-based value chains, where he helped build and exit companies in Latin America and raised over $500M from global investors. Earlier in his career he was a Vice President in Credit Suisse's Technology Group in New York, and he holds an MPA from Harvard University along with economics and law degrees from Los Andes University in Colombia.

Luis Figueroa is a digital transformation advisor at IDB Invest who works with Latin American corporations on technology implementation to enhance competitiveness. With over 15 years in business development and digital technology deployment, he has held roles at organizations including RAÍZEN Brasil, where he helped establish an innovation hub, and NXTP Ventures, where he led a startup acceleration program. He is also a co-founder of Grupo RIA, a collaborative space among major agricultural producers across five countries managing one million productive hectares.

Mario Troncoso has over ten years of experience managing public and private organizations, holding leadership roles across finance, legal, and HR. He previously worked as Operational Manager of the Office of Sectorial Management (OGESE) at the Ministry of Environment and Public Space of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. He is a founder and operating partner of Xperiment Ventures, where he leads the fund's operational management.
