Investment thesis
Founded in 1996, Woori Technology Investment is a Korea-based venture capital firm listed on KOSDAQ since 2000. It manages venture funds, mezzanine funds, and project funds, and has raised numerous vehicles over its history, including early-stage, biotech, fintech, and global blockchain-focused funds. The firm invests in new technology companies and small and medium venture companies, acquiring new and existing shares and managing investment associations. It has expanded internationally through WTIC USA (Santa Monica) and a consulting subsidiary in Shanghai supporting market research and deal sourcing.
